Lost link several days ago!

I just had my base station start flashing blue so I checked my keypad and saw the "no link to dispatcher" message. I logged into my account and the event log has not been updated since the 20th! My account is current and I just found out that I have had several days of no security. No clue why it only started flashing after three days without a link, but that is not good. What can I do to get this up ASAP? I cannot call since it is Christmas Eve (why the heck did this thing not warn me the minute it lost a link so I could call?!) and I need coverage NOW.
