One of my smoke detectors...as many others have experienced is becoming disconnected and goes into an error state. Ironically it is the smoke detector that is on the first floor of our ranch style home and not the one in the basement. I have now reset this detector at least 5 times following the just do this 5 step process every time from the Simplisafe rep canned response. So everytime I get on the step stool only for a few days later for it to happen again.
Quite frankly I am disgusted and perturbed that there has been no recall or more of a formal response from Simplisafe.
