How is it that without me touching the base unit -- at all -- I come home to "no link to dispatcher" when I disarm my system? Well, tried to test mode and that appeared to go away on the keypad unit, but nope, after red flashing light on the base continued, it again says no connection. As an added bonus got the lovely announcement that cell service is off. I certainly didn't move the unit and I'd be very surprised if my apartment building moved itself, so I have to believe that SS has really bad management of their cell service and area.
