New Purchase - Not Working

I received my my system yesterday (02/11/2016). I set up everything and paid for monitoring. As of this morning, the base station was still flashing blue. Before I left to work this morning, I put the system in TEST mode hoping that it will connect. What am I doing wrong? Is there maybe a problem with the bast station? I would really like to have this resolved ASAP.
