Within the last 48 hours, I have emailed you FIVE times for help via your contact page, and have never received a response. I emailed 3 times to have my password reset ("respond immediately" hasn't happened yet), and 2 times requesting the download to disable the "No link to Dispatcher" message. So, in frustration, I have searched your web site for an email address for customer support, so that I would have a record of emailing you other than through your contact page. There is no email address for SimpliSafe to be found on your website. Odd. Anyway, here goes number 6.
