So this morning I got a text saying there was an error on my motion detector, that the detector was not responding? The system is only 5 months old? As this system is in a second home across the country I really can't rush over and investigate. I did call customer service and they advised there was nothing they could do remotely and suggested I the move the sensor closer, which or course I cannot do and also doesn't explain why it would lose connection after five months?
