For the second time in past 10 days, I couldn't turn on the alarm on my iPhone application. I kept getting "timeout errors" and thats got to do with mobile app connecting to the backend applications... So I had to walk down and turn on the alarm manually on the keypad. This is definitely not good when I am paying extra $10 each month for the mobile applications. I seriously think Simplisafe should reduce the charges from $10 per month to $5 or less ...
