I installed two water sensors today. I put the system in test mode tested them and put the system back in "off." Shortly after that, I started hearing a periodic "ding dong" sound from the base station with the system "off.". The door chime is turned off and the sound is different from the door chime sound. I've made two calls to customer service.....both answered relatively quickly considering it's the day after Christmas and neither agent had an answer nor could I recreate the sound while they are on the phone. They tell me there is no "ding dong" sound built into the system.
