Our siren does not have a "battery activation strip" to remove so how do we activate it? We have called and emailed and have been waiting a week for the correct answer. Several days after our email and leaving a message with customer service we did get an email reply but did not cover the problem that we have about how to get the siren ready to use. The customer service is no where to be seen or heard from with this company. UGH! Does anyone have any ideas?
