I have this setup at a remote location. Support on the phone is telling me to do a base reset. This is a remote location hours away from me I won't be able to get to for several days. They can't actually remotely reset or fix the problem on their end.

Is this a common problem people have? If so, I'd like to know so I may return this within the 60 days. The system is the backup freeze alarm (we have a smart thermostat) as well, this scares the crap out of me to depend on a system that will just lock up like this.
