The small little dinging sound the system makes at the keypad upon open sensor during delay when armed is WAY TOO quiet. If I forget the alarm is set and open a door or window somewhere in the house away from the keypad I will never know until the full alarm sounds. Is there some way to raise the volume on that dinging sound or to connect a piezo buzzer or something to that circuit?

Does the camera have a motion sensor?
I just ordered the camera because as it turns out there is someone in my neighborhood getting into any car that is unlocked and taking things out of them. I want to install the camera under the eaves of my house but really want it to turn on when there is activity in my driveway by it's self. Will it do that?

Just got system - Base & USB don't work - Mac user
Well, I'm off to a poor start with this system. The USB key fob is toast after trying to save settings thru the set-up wizard and my base station is constantly looking for a signal - even outside the front door. No link to dispatch. Customer service is sending out a new module and key fob, but it sounds like there is no resolution for the Mac OS vs. key fob USB software issue. There was nothing on the website indicating that there is/might be compatibility issues for Mac users. Not cool.

phone app cannot connect to base station
every time I try to log into the app with my 4 digit code I get an error that it cannot connect to the network or I get the infinity spinning wheel. The same thing happens when I go to the web site and try to access features like dashboard and others. On the web site I get a message that says I need to refresh my system because it can't read current status. Nothing I do seems to help. Am I missing something or what? I just set this up for monitoring 24 hours ago and it's still in practice mode.

I am getting an error when I am trying to lower voice volume and only speak when a error only. I keep getting this error. Can I not lower the volume to the setting of low that system shows?

A couple of app questions
I just got my new system up and running. I have downloaded the app on my wife and I's phone. Is there a way at all from the app to either see which sensors are open/closed, or set my system up so when i set it in away mode that it will tell me something is not secure. My current alarm will not set and sends me a warning if I try to set it and a sensor is open. I know we should check every door and window before I leave the house but sometimes that doesn't happen. Would be nice to jump on the app and see I left something open.

Synching and USP setup
Hi ,
I just received my system and was reading through the owners manual. First it says to plug in the USB to my computer and the wizard will start. Then reading later on the manual, it tells me that I have to plug the USB into the little SS tower before and after using the USB with my computer and wizard so that it is synched. That is confusing to say the least. and contradictory to what to do first. Can someone clarify these first few steps of setup. Thanks in advance!

How do I know they are working?
So, my setup has gotten complicated enough that I have more smoke, water, glassbreak sensors then I want to regularly check. How do I know that each device is working? Is there a "status" screen somewhere that says that these devices have checked in at some point in the last year or so? The battery could die on one of these devices and I am not sure that I would ever know. I have the 14.99 plan and there doesn't seem to be any way of interacting with the devices or even know that they are working. Is the only answer to regularly manually TEST each device?

Alias ID for Sensors?
I just installed my system. Is there anyway to set an alias name for each sensor? For example, "Front Door", "Glass Break, Dining Rm". Its very difficult knowing which sensor has a problem when it can only be identified by a cryptic alpha numeric ID. Thanks

Glassbreak sensor battery-changed and still have error message
Hello -
On the keypad it is showing that the glassbreak sensor battery is low. I ordered a battery and installed it and the error message is still there. I did not use a panasonic battery. Before I spend more $'s on another battery ---am I supposed to reset the sensor somehow after changing the battery or does it automatically detect the battery change. I have used the alarm since so I know it is not a matter of arming and disarming. Thanks.

Suddenly I have to turn off my WIFI in order to use the phone app at home. Never had this problem until a short power outage yesterday. I've tried everything I can think of. Customer support wanted to blame my WIFI but it works on everything else. any suggestions?

1 Entry sensor open
I keep getting the message "1 Entry Sensor open. I have double and triple checked each one..opened and closed systemically to see if it was the one and nothing changed. The magnet and sensor are not too far apart and the stupid thing is not telling me which one has the issue. I had another system with a different company and it identified the offending sensor. How do I tell which one when they all seem ok?

Events Missing from Log
Hi Everyone,
This is the second morning that an event has been missing from the online event log. My husband disarmed the system and then armed in home mode. The disarm shows up, but no home mode. The keypad says home. Does this mean that the system was not connected to monitoring or have any of you noticed glitches in the event log system where an activity just doesn't show up sometimes?
Everything is working right now and it did after the first day of a missing event, too. Not sure what to make of it...

Is there any reason I cant use sensors on my car as long as its in reach of the wifi? Will it be an issue with the sensors constantly being out of range when I leave the house?
