If Simplisafe cannot get hold of the primary contact..

We will be out of the country soon. If the alarm is tripped and SimpliSafe is not able to get in touch with the Primary Contact, will they notify the police automatically? We will change our Secondary contact to a our neighbor's phone number. After the police has been dispatched, will SimpliSafe call and notify our Secondary Contact (our neighbor)?
