does anybody know of a way to mount the simply safe camera in a corner? I don’t care if it has to be rigged but just any advice. It would work if I could flip the camera orientation or the camera was on a 360° pivot.

Not Beeping
Alarm is armed "home" but when a sensor is triggered (opening garage door) the system does not beep at all.
Pad still says "alarm on" but no countdown beep can be heard.
It will sound the alarm afterwards.

I tried logging onto my account from the web site from my Mac Book Pro. At log on email and password entered just fine. Takes me to the dashboard with a blank screen.

Camera Lag Time
Hi SS Users,
I just installed and activated my SS3 system today. The base station is seeing all sensors and all sensors test OK. So far I am very happy with the system. Glass break and motion detect sensors test good at 24 feet.

BEDTIME SETTINGS for CAMERA?
Hi,
Having an issue with camera motion sensor during HOME mode.
HOME (daytime) - I walk to the kitchen and camera turns on to record my getting a glass of water. This feels unnecessary and defeats purpose of 'privacy' settings on camera. Have tried camera motion sensitivity in "low""med" and "high". Only option is to keep motion sensor on camera to "off".

False alarms going off overnight
Simplisafe, simply nightmare!
The alarm was going off for no apparent reason overnight spoiling everyone's sleep and leaving my 4-year-old daughter traumatized.
Already tried with having the USB inserted into base station then on PC plus checked the control pad menu for any clues but nothing.
Tried contacting via online form and site keeps crashing.
Had it for less than 1 year...
How can I return this nightmare system?

Camern turning itself on
My camera's blue light will pop on every so often by itself when the entire alarm system is turned off. The lens cover does not open but I have to go into the app, actually turn the camera on, then off to deactivate. Tried several times to explain to customer support, but no one actually answers how or why this is happening..

System won't arm from keypad without using PIN
When we first installed the system, we had only to push the blue AWAY button for the countdown to begin. Now we can only arm it by putting in our PIN and then hitting the AWAY button. Called tech support and they had me do a reset. It armed perfectly that one time - and as soon as I hung up, it went back to not doing it without the PIN. Very frustrating since I have to teach the pet sitter how to use the system and want it to be as simple as possible. Just tried the key fob to arm the system and that doesn't work, either. (But the OFF button works, so it's not a problem with the fob.)

Don't you just love it when you arm your system and don't get any sms or text message? Is it really armed? There's a good probability that you also are experiencing "No link to dispatcher." You pay for monitoring service that's only as reliable as the cell service that it uses which in most cases is T-Mobile.

Can Anyone From SimpliSafe Confirm This Modification As Normal?
My daily Automatic Test Signal Received notice has changed from 1:01 pm to 8:21 pm over the last three days. Just wondering if this is normal and if available, why the alteration in time?
(I would presume to allow the signal to arrive at a time when most are home in case there is an error in receiving, but would first like to know if this is typical)

Keypad lights up every 15 seconds.. anyone else having this issue?
Ever since I did the update, my keypad lights up every 15-20 seconds. Normally it only does this when it's touched or we lose connection. Is anyone else having this issue?

How to remove old CC from simplisafe.com account?
I couldn't find the right forum so thought I will post here.
Over past many years I have changed my credit card on file for billing. The old CCs keep piling up in my online account and I have no way to delete them. Any hints would be helpful. Thanks
